Maple Sausage

This delectable sausage is a symphony of flavors that combines premium ground pork with the rich, natural sweetness of locally sourced maple syrup. Each bite offers a perfect balance of savory and sweet, creating a mouthwatering experience

Fresh Cheese Curds

Our curd is pasteurized, fresh, young, unpressed cheese (and it squeaks). Curd flavor is mild, sweet and slighty salty. It has about the same firmness and density as a cheese round, but with a springy or rubbery texture.

Farmhouse Yogurt

Our yogurt is made in a Swiss-style. We add two ingredients into the vat - fresh @northmeadowfarms milk & probiotic yogurt culture. It incubates in the vat for about 6 hours letting the cultures work and it is then stirred & packaged. No straining, no emulsifiers, no stabilizers. So it will be thinner & creamier than Greek-style. The consistency is spoonable, but melts in your mouth with a light & sweet flavor
