When first acquired, the property was neglected, and structures were in severe disrepair. Significant investments were made to the property and a new state of the art creamery and aging cave were built on site.
Our goal was to make wonderful, fresh, cheeses with happy Vermont grass feed cows. We wanted to create a flavor that was full and delicious, something everyone would love.
Today we have several aged varieties of cheeses, like our Northshire Blue, Farmstead Gouda, and our Farmstead Cheddar. In additon each week we make our costumes favorites like our old fashion squicky cheese curd and our soft spread cheeses. They are all made with our grass feed milk from our farm.
What started as a desire to make cheese has grown into something beyond our wildest dreams. We couldn’t be happier.
